Dining Plan Change Request Form

The Longwood University Meal Plan Contract is for the full academic year (August – May), or if entered into after the start of the academic year, for the balance of the student’s academic year enrollment.  Residential or commuter students that wish to change a previously selected 2008 – 2009 dining plan should complete and submit this on-line form before 5:00pm on the first day of semester classes (in August or January).  However, only commuter students may use this same on-line form in order to purchase (add) a new meal plan, after the start of an academic semester.  Unless an on-line adjustment is requested, the spring plan will remain the same as previously selected during the fall.

A minimum 5 + $50 meal plan is required for all residents assigned to Longwood Landings, Lancer Park or Longwood Village.  However, a larger meal plan may be selected.  Commuter students may select any of the offered meal plans.  A minimum 10 + $150 meal plan is required for all residents assigned to main campus residence halls.

Unused meals will not be saved from one week to the next with the exception of the Block Meal Plans.  Unspent Bonus Dollars will expire at the end of each academic semester.  Meal plans are not transferable.

Changes to the meal plan selection will be applied to your student account.  To confirm your meal plan or to ask additional questions about dining plan changes, please call (434)395-2072.
