Napkin Holder Advertising Request Form

This form is to be used when requesting information to appear on the weekly napkin holder ads. Campbell Dining Services does not guarantee placement of ads. Space is limited and offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Dining Services will decide on the amount of space required and place accordingly. Campbell Dining Services is under no obligation and can, at its discretion, refuse to print any information or request. No draft copy of the napkin holder ads will be provided for review. No copies of napkin holder ads will be sent to advertisers.

Ads are displayed weekly beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday.  All submissions must be received no later than the Monday prior to the Monday when the ad is to begin (one week in advance of the display date).  We suggest submitting your request in a manner that allows advertising to begin at least one week prior to the date of the event.
